Tabletop accessory: DnDeeples

An industrious soul who really loves Lords of Waterdeep by Wizards of the Coast has produced plastic pieces to replace the game’s wooden cubes, which he calls “DnDeeples.”Best of all, they’re shaped to resemble the characters that the cubes represent: purple wizards, black rogues, orange warriors and white clerics.

Not only do they look great, the DnDeeples fit in the Waterdeep box nicely and they support the theme. Often while playing with the supplied cube pieces, my group falls back on saying, “Give me two orange and one black,” instead of “Give me two warriors and one rogue.” It’s nit-picky, I know, but I like to preserve a game’s theme, and the DnDeeples do just that.

For being cute, clever and thematically relevant, DnDeepls are our tabletop accessory of the week.
