   I purchased to play with my four year old son. He was certainly excited to play it but he became frustrated quickly with the finesse needed to achieve some of the goals. His 6 year old cousin also became frustrated when she caused the poor knight to go straight into a hole.

   So…

   As a solo game that a four year old and a six year old watch a 38 year old play, it’s very enjoyable and I like forward to them coming back to help eventually.

   4 stars for the concept, components, and execution. The game play may be a bit niche though and certainly not for everyone.

   I bought this game thinking that my two sons (3 and 6) would be able to play a game with us. They love making the knight slide around the board. This is a clever, easy game for the whole family to play together.

   We went to a game cafe 2 years ago and it was my son’s favorite. A year later, we went again so he could play. Finally, bought for his bday bc he loves it so much. Only downside is that although collaborative play, often told I’m “doing it wrong” when we don’t do well, lol!

   This game is absolutely adorable. Both my 4 & 7 year old enjoy working TOGETHER to win. Great for communication.

   Great game. My 5 year old loves it and wanted to keep playing all day. The knight rolls just fine, not sure what was wrong with the other reviewer’s copy. Highly recommend this alternative to video games.

    This is a really fun dexterity game that pushes for cooperation between players. I do think it’s best at one or two as getting more people around the small box can be challenging dependent on table size. Despite this, it has great maps to play on with fun challenges go with them.

    I think I will purchase some miniature shuffle board roller balls for this. Not enough of the metal ball sticks out of the little man to allow him to roll:(
