This model is a bit more advanced and while the majority of bad reviews have accurate info, they are bad reviews because of inexperience of how to work with resin models. With proper application of heat and needle files the pieces fit decently well together and though some of the gaps were large, they didnt require bringing out sculpting tools. I rated a 4 due to the unecessary seam in the head and that i had to bring out the dremel on a major joint. Otherwise its a very nice model

Great game to build strategy skills in children and awesome looks!! But if the price seems prohibitive, you can buy Zephyr's "Dog and the Bone" ( built around the same concept )for as low as Rs.450.

Yokohama is a great game... if you're into the hobby. I wouldn't recommend this for someone just jumping in to board games, but it's a good way to dip your toes into some heavier games without getting into something like Vinhos.

For me, the Japan theme was a huge plus to start with, and worker placement was another big advantage. A new "board" each game adds a ton of replay value, and lets you tailor your strategy each time to fit the needs without feeling like you are losing control. But you also have to maintain control and know what you're going to do next, because if you don't stay on top of things, your whole operation can fall behind before you know it!

The only bad things I can point to here are the length of setup and the learning curve if you're used to more casual games. If you've been in the hobby for a while, this may not faze you, though.

High quality and nicely crafted. Looks nice of a fashionable table as well as being functional.

The only thing I wish is that you could play with the other three boards along with this one. As it is now, one of the smaller games has to sit out. My 5 yoa daughter wants them all in so we make do to make it work. Other than that a wonderful and easy game. Even my 7 yoa son likes to play it
