   My grandparents brought this game for my siblings and me about 20 years ago, and we loved it then!! My mom kept it, and gave me the games few years ago. We’ve had tons of fun with family, friends, and our kids and their cousins! Really unique gameplay! One player is the robber- they track their progress through the museum on a paper map. The other players have to use the security cameras and their own “eyes” to find the robber before he or she steals at least three paintings and escapes out a door or window. Some are locked and some are open (red L or white O).

   This is a great game if you enjoy team based games. It is very similar to Scotland Yard in game play, but my friends prefer it to Scotland Yard because of the fast paced nature of this game. I wish they would reprint this game. It could use some minor tweaks but is worth playing.

   (Someone placed the control room sticker in the wrong spot on my board. That didn’t cause anyone to like the game any less.) The review would be 5 stars if that stupid sticker would have been one square to the left, other than that it is a 5 Star game.

   For 2-4 players, this is an addictive game!

   My wife grew up playing this and was so happy when we found it used on boardgamesweekly.com. The game takes place on a three dimensional, attractive plastic board. The pieces are nice, but the paintings could be a bit more durable.

   One person plays the thief, and the others try to catch him/her. It’s pretty slick, and very well balanced. You have a pretty equal chance, it seems, to either get away (if you’re the thief) or catch the thief. Lots of fun. Comparable to Scotland Yard.

   We ordered this game because my wife loved it as a child. She opened the mint condition, factory sealed box the day it came home.
   I could have bought a used one cheaper but it was so much better to see her eyes light up like they did as she tore into the cellophane wrapping just like a kid at Christmas. So yes the value to a collector is gone but I’d trade that for the memory any day.

   When the game arrived, the box was warn much more than what been implied in the description and a piece was missing – the green token.

   The components inside the box were in excellent condition, with the exception of the expected missing piece. The outer box had normal wear, and probably accounted for it being listed in “Acceptable” instead of “Good” or better condition.
   I am quite satisfied with the purchase, and will enjoy playing this game from my childhood again.
