   I have 2 boys who love playing chess so I jumped on this when I saw it. It’s a great concept! It’s a magnetic chessboard with a foam box around it so it can float. The magnetic chessboard can also be used separately and would be great for travel. There are a couple of things that prevent this from being perfect. First, I wish the foam box was a little longer than the board because there is nowhere to store the pieces as they get taken out of the game. The pieces also sink so you can’t just let them float around you. The chess pieces are easy enough to find but the dice and checkers pieces are tiny. So I think this would work best in a hot tub where you have a ledge close by to put the pieces. But overall I think this will be fun this summer!

   This board set does float and the board and pieces are fully waterproof too. This is a great set for water games. The pieces are magnetic enough to hold down with light water splashing too. I like using this in a hot tub with the jets off. Lots of fun to sit and play. This is also a great board set for beaches because everything that gets sand on it can be hosed off.
