   This a great board! If you are looking for high quality at a reasonable price, this is the board you want. Typical complaint about the small die, but the pieces and case are high quality, along with the seamless playing surface being a bonus. And YES, the pieces fit well along the edge so you don’t have to manage them more than normal during play.

   I would give this as a gift to anyone, and you should feel good about doing that too.

   I initially wasn’t happy that the dark brown wasn’t offered as A Prime purchase, but I wanted the color to match our couch set. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive the shipment in only 2 days (the forecast was 5-7 days).

   The transaction and delivery were perfect; no issues at all with this seller.

   This was the second board I ordered from boardgamesweekly.com. The first board was around $30.00 and when I found that we were playing this game a lot, I decided to get an upgraded board with larger and heavier checkers. I am very happy with the quality of the case, pieces and over all look of the board. A few things I really appreciate are:
   The triangles are part of the felt, not raised sewn-on pieces of material, so the checkers don’t “catch” on the stitched fabric like our cheaper board
   The checkers have some weight to them, which I like
   The checkers fit nicely in the holders on the side of the board
   The clasps are well made

   I have played on, and owned, many boards – this is an excellently constructed backgammon board. All fit and finish is top notch. It looks amazing. The checkers are the perfect size, including diameter, thickness and weight. Fitting perfectly side by side, one on the center of each point, and filling completely the entire space of the inner or outer board. The Dice are absolutely appropriately sized for my board and are of good quality. The one-piece, high-quality felt surface where the colored points are integrated into the single seamless felt fabric, is fabulous. Makes a great gift and should last a lifetime. No regrets. Love this board!

   Purchased after researching MANY alternatives of varying prices. Very nice set we got as a gift for our backgammon playing son. Quality of the checkers, all inside and outside surfaces and hardware are as good as you could expect for the price. The dice were very small and cheap in comparison and a bit of a disappointment, but that is easily remedied. Great value overall.

   Purchased for my wife for Christmas, who’s been wanting a backgammon set for years. This one was more than I wanted to spend, but when I saw it and read about it, I couldn’t go back to looking at the cheaper sets. This brand has a lot of downright dazzling colorways, but in the end, this was one of the few that had a brown case, which helped me decide. Between the brown case, brown board, and orange and white points, it has serious retro vibe. I read a couple of complaints on the board size and dice that come with it, which gave me some pause, but we’ve played on it multiple times and have had no issues with the size of the gameboard or dice. My wife and I have never played before, and we learned in about 30 minutes reading the instructions, watching a YouTube video, and playing a couple games. The instructions were a little hard for us to follow on their own, and having the video as well was really helpful. When I first received it I questioned the packaging, which looked like something from the dollar store. But fear not, it’s contents are as-advertised. It’s a high-quality set that’s deserving of its “premium” description, and the game itself is really fun to play!

   Nice backgammon set, except for the fact that we had to order it twice! the dedicated boardgamesweekly.com delivery must have lost or delivered to incorrect address on first go round, so we had to order again- it is a nice set, quality appears good. A little large for traveling unless for an RV or Boat which is what we will use it for.
