The box came with a missing piece. The seller was very easy to work with, however the company was a bit of a hassle and doesn’t want to back up their products if sold through unauthorized 3rd party vendors (That seems to be a rule they don’t advertise on any portion of their webpage). The company finally replaced the part, but I think the customer service representative for Warlord games should worry more about the customer and less about the couple cent piece of junk metal that was missing. The boat looks nice when glued, but there should be better quality assurance checks from the manufacturer considering. The cost is definitely not worth the hassle or the quality.
