We love this crib board. We’ve shopped for a long time to find one as the others we found just didn’t measure up to what we wanted. Which was a beautiful but functional board that was portable. This is magnificent and has two drawers that close tight with magnets so the cards and the travel bag along with the pegs are secure but easy to get to. Love it

Beautiful board. We gave this board to our adult son for Christmas. Since then we have played every weekend. It is very well crafted and worth the money.
The pegs are large and easy to handle. The board has storage drawers on both ends for cards and pegs. The drawers are magnetized for secure closing. And the board comes with a heavy weight cloth sleeve for protected storage when not in use. Only thing you need to provide is a deck of cards and some friends.

The board itself is beautiful. It definitely has a handmade look to it (in a great way) and is gorgeous. Certainly way better quality than the typical “made in China” craftsmanship that is prevalent today.
The board itself is a piece of art, and the magnetic closures for the two card/peg drawers was a very pleasant surprise. The drawers slide well and seat fully into the board, which is nice from both a cratmanship standpoint and useful for securely holding two decks of cards and all the pegs within the board so that everything can be carried easily in one hand or stored neatly and efficiently.
I gave it 5 stars only because I can’t give it 6. If you are interested in a cribbage board that will be a keepsake and make playing a treat, this is the board to get!

Guess I’ll start with the minuscule annoyances first. The peg holders in the drawers are a bit small to allow us sausage-fingered types easy access to the pegs and there are a couple of holes in the board where the pegs won’t fully seat due to the internals not being drilled through.

The board is beautiful with a well thought-out design. After five months of regular play and bouncing around in the back seat of my car it shows some signs of surface wear but it is still totally solid and the drawers operate as smoothly and stay as securely closed as when they were new. The velour slipcover isn’t as impressive as the board but it is easy to use, sturdy, and does an excellent job of protecting the your investment.
While the price may be a bit off-putting, go ahead and treat yourself or someone you like; it looks to be made for a lifetime of service and it never fails to draw comments at the local coffee shop.
