The newspapers know about this challenge, so this may be a good opportunity to follow the paths of renowned artists!
- STRATEGY BOARD GAME: Colors of Paris is a management game in which you must take care of your paint tubes, mixtures, and time to create works, all the while anticipating others to perform as needed within a rotating set of actions.

We got a bunch of games for Christmas and I think this one is the favorite one to play with our family of teenagers. There are multiple ways to win and to play your hand. It seems like every time we play someone comes up with a new strategy. Very well done game. My only complaint is the little paint markers get all over and mixed up. We picked up some small containers at the dollar store so each paint has it’s own container and fits in the box.

Cute idea, game board warped and flimsy. Can quickly win by just buying black cubes no need to do any paintings or just do 2 basic primary paintings. Black cubes defeat mission and add no value to game play; should say max can have is 2 and require at least one painting with secondary colors. Would recommend these table rule adjustments to make game more strategic.

I have played this twice and did not use the extras yet. It plays well but is fairly simple and the masters you start with are very unbalanced. There are like two that are very helpful and one that is decent and the other three or four are just not that good. It is a decent game and easy to pick up but not for serious gamers and more of a family type fun game.

そこで絵描きとして大成するというゲーム。
雰囲気は抜群です。
絵の具を手配、混色、それでお題の絵を塗っていく（埋めていく）。
この考え方は名作「フレスコ」に似ていますが、感触はまったく違ったもので新鮮です。
ここまではいいのですが、コアゲーマーがプレイした場合、完全公開情報なので筆頭プレイヤーの妨害が主となります。
この足のひっぱりあいが延々と続くことがあり、徒に長時間になってしまう傾向に。
ライトゲーマーが気軽に遊べば楽しいと思うのですが…

This has become one of my favorite painting themed games and one of my favorite games of 2019. The game supports up to 4 players and scales really well. Players are working toward being the first to paint 2 paintings in the game.
Each turn you place your painter meeples on different spaces on the board. This allows you to gain new pigments, upgrade 1 of 3 different skills, claim a painting or even paint using the pigment cubes you have. At the end of the round the center of the board turns 1 tick clockwise. This will change what actions are available and how many spaces can be claimed.
The game components are top notch. This is our first game from Super Meeple and we are very impressed. Colors of Paris could probably support kids 12+. There are some nuances to the turns that younger kids may not recognize. Overall, I have really enjoyed this game!

This game is fun and can be pretty challenging. I have played twice now – won one, lost one – and still have not figured out the best strategy. I think it changes based on the strategy other players are using. The spinning board is a cool feature that requires you to really think ahead and strategize. The game can also be very quick, since you only have to make two paintings to end the game. The basic idea is that you place your meeple assistants each round and take actions that may keep others from taking those same actions. You want to collect pigment blocks to create paintings and build up your tools while doing it. It would be cool if all the painting cards were different, and the scoring system could be a little more complex. Basically, the first person to finish two paintings will be the winner. I’m going to try upping the paintings quota and see if that adds more variety or complexity to it. This is a solid game with a cool concept, though.
