I vaguely remember the older version and this newer version with some of the sections was quite difficult but fun. I’m in the 26-35 age group and we enjoyed playing it especially the sculpting n drawing sections. i dont think that this is for persons younger than 20.

This game is fun for the whole family. The various categories make it great when trivia or geography isn’t your forte. The art, word and music puzzles are particularly fun. This game might be too difficult for younger kids though.

This is an all time party game for all ages!! We can spend hours playing Crainium…and do! It pays for itself in all of the laughs and great times shared with one another. I especially love the charade aspect as it can be a belly buster to watch someone trying to act out. Where else can you get 4 games in one box for so little of a price? You certainly cannot put a price on fun times with friends and shared laughter!!

It’s Cranium! What can I say? It’s a great game. I’d never played it growing up because my parents wouldn’t buy it for me. But I’m an adult now. And I made my mom play it with me. And we had a great time! (We could’ve had a great time playing Cranium when I was kid, too, if you’d just gotten for me, MOM.)

A box full of family fun for those cold winter nights when the kids have been bad and the TV is definitely turned… down to low. Most ages can play, although be prepared to have some people play better than others. After all you need a big cranium to know everything!!

I used to play this with a few of my friends years ago and remembering we had so much fun. I decided to get it again to play with my family over 10 years later. It is what it says it is, all games rolled into one and then some. You won’t be disappointed. A Lot of laughs. D.S.

Cranium is a great game to play with family and friends. It definitely brings out people’s competitive nature and makes for quite a few laughs. However, you need a minimum of four players since it is a team game, so keep that in mind. Unfortunately if you are less than four people you cannot play this game. I really love the variety of activities that get you thinking, from sculpting with clay, to drawing something with eyes closed, to humming songs, and charades. I don’t recommend this game for children because a lot of the prompts are challenging even for adults so I don’t think it would be enjoyable for kids. I also think that many children will not be familiar with the songs and words on many of the cards. There is a bit of a learning curve to the game as well, especially to understand how to win the game. I do not recommend purchasing the game at 33$ either; it is way too pricey. Wait for a price drop.

We received the C1939 version of the Cranium game and have been enjoying it. It is a little different to the other versions we have played. The board is smaller, there is no fast track and the questions are updated with lots of questions on recent music, movies & books. The version says that it is for 16+ which is probably pretty accurate. My younger children play but have a hard time knowing a lot of the expressions/people/music that is listed on the cards. Overall it is a good game, just not exactly what we were expecting.
