   The in your face element is so incredible, the miniatures are FANTASTIC and the theme is original and weird.

   Love the artwork and the unique theme. Mechanics of the game are easy to understand once you learn the lingo. The dice rolling aspect inserts a level of chance that is good to make play more even. Strategy is tough to build as the variability of play keeps you on your toes. So far I’ve played with 2 and 3 people but I can’t wait to get a bigger group, I think it’ll be crazy fun!!

   It truly was COMPETATIVE the night I hosted the board game and had my friends over. It is not that complicated once you get into the groove of things, and that just takes a bit. Also, the instructions are cool and all, but I had to watch a video of how to set up the game with my friends to fully understand I watched videos from the youtube channel, “Just Let Terence Explain It.” And that was a great help.
   After watching part one of that video, we figured out the rest ourselves, so that was great! The gameplay is pretty fun! And this is in the top 5 board games for me.

   Other than gameplay, THE ART IS BEAUTIFUL. I COULD EAT IT UP AND STILL NOT GET ENOUGH. The art and the storytelling in the rule book was truly great and I lives to see each frog amass power.

   If I could only say one word to describe what the game is, it would be UNIQUE. Cosmic Frog is a tactical battle game about Frog, a celestial immortal being, descend to Shards of Aeth, begin harvesting Land to store in her massive Gullet. When her Gullet is sufficiently full, she will leap into the Aether and disgorge its content into her Vault for storage. But beware! Other frogs could deliver an attempt to steal her Land. You’ll also find the Aether is a chaotic and unstable place. Waves of Aether Flux will randomly prompt all frogs to mutate and change your strategy to fit your new power, and Splinters of Aeth will periodically fall from their orbit and crash into the Shard, destroying terrain and ultimately the Shard itself. The game ends when the Shard is stripped of Land or destroyed. The player with the highest valued Vault is the winner, and declared as the most favored among the First Ones. All the Artwork is stunning. Thematic and blend well with mechanic. It also has great quality of components. The card is thick but not linen finished, you get neoprene double stitches game mat, chunky and big Oomph crystals. This game has lots of micro rules to be remembered. And the setup takes time. But once you played at least 2 times, you will get used to it and appreciate the uniqueness of this game.. 😍😍
