Bought it for the minis… and they are lovely. The map looks nice too. I recently rand Village of the Goblin Chief (converted to PF1) and that went well, so will likely use the adventure in this one as well. It is a quality product and I hope they make more.

We’ve purchased at least five of these session-in-a-boxes now, and have never been disappointed. The minis are beautiful and of a really solid quality– good heft, really nicely detailed, and they don’t feel fragile the way models often do. They’re also a lot of fun to paint. The maps are great, super clear and nicely illustrated, but the real show stopper is the encounter book. They’ve got a lot of fun ideas about neat environmental features, lair actions, and powers for the baddies to make a session engaging and memorable. We will absolutely keep adding these to our gaming collection.
