   Pic doesn’t do it justice. Way larger than it looks. The case is well made and surprised by the carrying case that came with it. All in all a great buy.

   It’s a beautiful board – the workmanship is stunning. But there was only one set of dice & there were really tiny. Also there wasn’t a doubling cube 😔

   I had a 19″ Backgammon set and I didn’t think another inch would make such a difference. This set is very big – and heavy. The vinyl carrying case it came with was almost impossible to unzip. It looks cheap and has the name “Chess and Games Shop Muba” with their website plastered across it in large letters. It does look like the picture and I would be okay with it if it weren’t for the strong chemical smell. I opened it up and aired it outside but it still has a very strong smell. I’ll try again tomorrow, weather permitting, but if it doesn’t go away, it’s a deal breaker. The board is beautiful and I was going to try to keep it but then I opened the sack that contained the checkers and dice. Many of the checkers were dirty and dented, the two pairs of dice were mismatched. For the money I spent on this set, that was intolerable. I sent it back and am lowering my initial rating.
