This figure comes from an absolutely beautiful sculpt, unfortunately the cast somewhat let’s it down.
There are serious joint and fit issues that will require advanced modeling skills.
If you’re up for the challenge though, you’ll be rewarded with an enormous Demogorgon figure of exquisite detail.

The figure is wrapped well and came in great condition!

First off, he’s HUGE. I knew the sculpt was going to be large, but he’s a giant! I had also picked up the Orcus figure and he’s about half as tall (granted he is also sitting down). But this is THE piece you want to scare a party of adventurer’s, or just to show off around the house. The detail is pretty insane and I found myself just starting at it while I was assembling it. Couple of “not quite fitting right” issues, but nothing a little extra glue and holding tightly together won’t fix. Plus if your going to be painting it (cause you should be) it’s easy enough to fill in a few gaps. Overall this is the coolest looking figure I’ve ever gotten!

If you want Demogorgon, this is definitely the one to get. And paint it yourself. Fun to build, fun to paint. It’s a magnificent figurine. Be sure to look at videos on YouTube before building. If the fittings are good, there are ways to heat the mold to flex it into place without causing damage. I painted Demogorgon the way I envisioned for a creepy look, based on the Out Of The Abyss cover but creepier, twisted, and ghostly.

This is an awesome miniature. Finally Demogorgon done right!

A deeply dense and rigid resin miniature that is large and in charge for your next campaign. I was shocked at how big it was once finally constructed. I used a high quality super glue to adhere and found it worked best. My only issue with the mold at which this resin cast piece came from didn’t exactly slide into the slotted positions for the base, I had to fight it a bit to get them in there.

This monster reminds me the most from his original artwork and description from Monster Manual number one (1st edition D & D). I like how large and menacing he truly is with his two baboon-like heads. What is nice is you can paint him the colors you want too. The original Monster Manual from first edition describes his color as blue-green. There is a prepainted version of him by another company, but I never cared for the yellow they painted him. Again, you can paint this one better. A nice touch is the company making pillars on his stand base. This figure will be ready for the ultimate showdown with my player characters party.
