   What I really liked about my chess set was that it looks really premium and blends very well with my home decor theme of black and white.
   When my children toppled my chess set and broke the White King and White Pawn, I wrote to Radicaln and requested for a replacement. Radicaln obliged and not only replaced the 2 pieces that was broken, but also ship me another 6 pieces for free. All I did was pay for the shipping cost to Singapore. I am an extremely satisfied customer and would definitely make another purchase when the opportunity arises

   Se nota que son artesanales, no son iguales, cada pieza es única, son pesados, es mármol 100%, me encanta, fué un regalo muy especial para alguien que ama el ajedrez, vale lo que cuesta. Muy satisfecha y si no te gustan los protectores y prefieres que suene el mármol cuando mueves las fichas pues no le pones el protector.

   Lo único que no me gusta es que los protectores de fomy con pegante no son de talla genérica y le quedan a algunas piezas y a otras les queda grande, aparte que son todas negras, me gustaría que hubiesen blancas también.

   SUPER satisfying weight to each piece. I’ll treasure it forever. My Dad taught me when I was a child. I’ve taught my daughter. And she and I played tonight. She lasted a good 20+ moves! She’s getting better. I think I’m just going to leave this as the permanent center piece of my table. That way I play my daughter all the time. Build fun memories talking to her and playing chess. Letting her win occasionally of course. Till she gets good enough to beat me. Cause she’s smart enough. Once her brain matures a little more. She could kick my butt. I would never have left my old wooden pieces, hinge board set my Dad taught me to play on set up on the table like this. The slightest bump to the table would send the whole board scattering.    I have six chess sets ranging in purchase prices from $75-$500.00. I owned a small marble set while in Europe and left it there for my son. I was drawn to this set because of the white bordered board and distinctive black and white pieces and pawns. When I opened the well packed set in completely perfect condition I instantly had a feeling of guilt. I knew this set was going to be my immediate favorite. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks and have enjoyed 3-4 hours each day since. The handmade board is smooth as glass and the pieces and pawns glide across it as such. I was reluctant at first to add this set to my small collection but can say in all honesty it was and has been one of my happiest experiences. I can assure you from a minor experience, if yours arrives in any condition other than perfect, this seller will immediately make it right. I would absolutely recommend this set and this seller.    This is a beautiful marble set with good weight. It comes with felt pads that go on the bottom of each piece, but note that because these are carved, the bottom may not fit each felt piece perfectly. There is a little bit of an oily residue, but easily cleaned with a mild detergent. Overall, a great set, and I’m very pleased.

   My first board came cracked down the middle all the way through (pieces were intact) and the seller immediately sent a replacement board once I reached out and sent pictures of the damaged item. Incredibly happy with the customer service! As for the board, it is HEAVY and impressive in size, quality, and coloring! It is a great statement piece when not in use. The pieces are a satisfying weight with nice shapes, and I also received a bag with felt bottoms to stick on the pieces, which was a nice little surprise that I had not been expecting. The board is nice to the touch, shiny, and bold. Can’t believe that it didn’t cost more, and am happy that I ordered it here rather than going to a nearby store (where I am sure the price would have been much higher). I purchased it as a gift and the recipient loves it.

   Ordered this product for my husband as a birthday gift. The board is beautiful, very heavy and good quality. The chess pieces were nice but not perfectly uniform. As this was a birthday gift, I contacted the company and they were happy to send me a replacement set that from a different collection. The pieces are great quality with nice detail and come with round felt to attach to the bottom to prevent scratching the board. The pieces also have nice weight to them. My husband is super happy with the set! Really impressed with the customer service of their company definitely want their customers to be satisfied!

    Bought as an anniversary present for my husband. Some of the pieces arrived damaged slightly and chipped. Product was well supported in packaging by styrofoam and we couldn’t find the chip pieces in the styrofoam so we have to assume the damage to the few pieces had to have happened prior to packing 🙁

    I gave this 5 stars because it really is a high quality chess board and it does feel luxurious to play. My only complaints would be that there were a few microscopic chips to the board upon delivery (like maybe 2mm big) one on the tile of the chess board and a few on the corners. I guess that’s natural considering it is natural stone. The chess pieces are very nice–that being said, I do wish that they were shined up a bit more. Some of the pieces are a little bit matte looking and I was kind of hoping for that glossy perfect marble finish. Definitely looks hand made, the pieces are cut in very simple forms, looks like by hand. Overall it was definitely worth the money to get this marble chess set, it is impressive looking and makes an impact when I have guests over. People who don’t even know how to play chess want to play when they see this board!
