   Overall, I am extremely happy with this set and the company I bought it from. This chess set arrived on time, but with issues. First, the black queen was broken in half; and second, the strap anchor point on the case broke within hours of using it. However, I contacted Wholesale chess right away and they sent me a new queen and bag, no questions asked. This was some of the best customer support that I have seen in quite some time.

   As for the set itself, it’s nothing fancy, but it gets the job done quite nicely. It’s compact, easy to use, and durable. I’ve taken it all sorts of places and makes for a nice game of chess wherever I go.

   This chess set is perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a better one. I play chess with my friends all the time and this set makes it easier to play since it is easy to transport. The quality of the board is excellent, I have learned though that you have to roll it up checkered face down in order for it to not be a hassle when trying to play again. The pieces themselves are perfectly weighted. Something that was not mentioned or I simply did not see is, there is a place for a chess rule book in the case. There’s nothing wrong with that, but i don’t have a rule book nor do I plan on buying one. I simply keep a deck of cards in there in case someone wants to play cards after playing chess. I would most defiantly buy this chess board again and I recommend it to anyone looking to buy a nice chess board.

   Great i love this product already used it so much that the pieces have a little bit of scratches but that’s just normal. I love the set it’s very plesant and very very high quality i appreciate the set and will definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking to buy a set. ALSO the board is water resistant got some water on it but no damage smell or defects.

   I bought this traveling chess set for my trip to Europe, and I have to say it was a great purchase. The pieces are magnetic and stick to the board even when the plane hits turbulence. The board folds up and fits in my backpack easily. The best part is that I can play chess with strangers I meet along the way. It’s a great conversation starter and a fun way to pass the time. I highly recommend this product to anyone who loves chess and traveling.

   Ordered this set with an open-mind not knowing what to expect and was very impressed for sure. My biggest question was the “plastic pieces”, and they DID NOT disappoint at all! Even threw in a set of extra Queens! The travel bag was quite impressive also. Surprisingly, sturdy and well constructed, perfect for travel. Gives you extra space for a clock, pen, move lists, and books. Overall, I could not have been more pleased with everything!

   A+ Product. Pieces heavy and quality, and weighted nicely, and felted. Canvas bag is awesome and quality with nice zipper pouches for pieces and space for a clock, and pencils, etc. Only downside is the cardboard box it comes in says “Wholesale Chess” which doesn’t really communicate the right message when this set is given as a gift. However, we pulled the product out of that box, and put the set in a gift bag, and since the product’s bag itself is so nice, the cardboard box downside was eliminated. I would recommend the company make a nicer cardboard box and instantly improve the product. Will be buying one for myself. Was sad to gift it away. Buy it no regrets.
