I have been wanting this game for so long. My wife bought it for me for Christmas and I love it! I have painted everything in it and now I have even bought the first expansion with plans to buy more. The game is very simple to play and a great way to get people into ttrpgs. If you want to introduce someone to D&D but think it may be too much for them, HeroQuest is the perfect gateway. I have been playing with my son, my best friend and his two sons and we are having a blast. I plan to use it for game nights with my D&D crew too when we don’t have time for a full D&D game. Its just so much fun to play and so easy to understand. The rules are simple and you can be up and playing with a group very fast. There is also a mobile app which lets you play without the game master. The app acts as that so you can play solo or with a group if you want to be the player rather than the gm. The minis are fantastic as is the terrain. BUY IT!

If you don’t want to DM, you can use the Heroquest app. There’s a learning curve to the app, but you can figure it out pretty quickly.
The figures look great, I love the detail they put into them.

This is a great game set, the packaging is very good the quality is amazing the scenery is heavy and well detailed the boards are sturdy,no more cardboard scenery. Classic game very well updated,for what you get it’s great value.
