    This is not the best of both worlds like wizards says. It is basically a draft box with art cards added. The biggest problem is other than the 4 list cards you see here every single one is set code MKM. Yep no commander set cards MKC. Estimated value might be $90 if you include the new lands ($30 without). These lands will go down in price drastically. They always do. If you look at the pic, first pile is commons then basic lands/arts and uncommons and rares/mythics. I have the mythics and lands spread out in the second picks. Third is the legendary creatures. They aren’t good at all and maybe two are even playable as commanders. Their most popular format. This is a total fail

    So obviously some people had some bad experience with their boosters. I ordered from a local seller in Connecticut sold through boardgamesweekly.com. Got my box pretty quick given I’m on the west coast. Was able to open packs that had anzrag, vein ripper, and Delney! Just solid open all around. I definitely will order from the same vendor again

    I brought this for my husband and he absolutely loved them. He is very into this game and he got some nice rare cards in the box. They are great quality, sturdy and some come with really nice pictures. He can’t wait to get more and build his deck to play with! Worth every penny!

    The set itself is interesting and has a couple new neat mechanics, but the real problem is this stupid move to play boosters, which are basically a way to limit the release options and charge a good deal more. Buy buy a booster box 3 times a year for the MtG club I run at school to do a draft tournament. Over the last few years, I ate the cost, but I can’t justify that any longer. I will continue to do it, but will return to asking them to pay a (modest) entry fee to help offset the price increase (which also makes the “prize pool” that much more expensive). I already preordered the next standard set… $170 listing already!?!? Shameful.

    I feel like every time I hear someone talking about this set it’s either in a neutral or even negative way, but I really enjoyed this set. The Surveil land cycle is great and some of the mythics in it are great for Commander. Have also seen some really fun Standard brews with these cards, so it feels like there’s something for everyone.

    I’ll be honest, went into this thinking it might be a scam, bc at the time it was 50$ cheaper than retail. Took a chance and glad I did. Most mythic rares I’ve ever pulled from one box (9 total). Box payed for itself basically.
