   I finally got around to getting this game, and I’m VERY IMPRESSED! With all due respect to the other Arkham Horror Files games I’ve played (the board game, the LCG, Elder Signs, Final Hour), this one was straightforward to learn, and the app creates a wonderfully frightful atmosphere. The only downside is that it’s a very expensive one to collect and play, but there are plenty of adventures out of the box. Also, FFG is giving away the conversion kit for the first edition for free on their website so you can add more investigators, monsters, and unique items. You still need to supply the miniatures, but being a TTRPG player, I have plenty lying around. I highly recommend you play this with friends because the presentation is amazing and really gets you into the horror adventuring experience.

   La app, los componentes, especialmente las minis son excelentes, todo funciona perfecto y entretiene muchisimo. Pero una advertencia: el juego base tiene pocas historias (4) y varias expansiones solo agregan 2 historias c/u. Vale la pena, especialmente en oferta, y puede servir para crear otras historias y jugar rol.

   Very good game for Solo, never tried multiplayer. Nicely made and good atmosphere. Check out Board Game Geek for some good reviews and playthroughs – far more eloquent and details than I can be here!

   I’ve played before so I got my own copy because I enjoyed it so much! Game is worth five stars, however I dropped a star because the game box showed up damaged, inside the unscathed delivery packaging. Not a big deal as it’s still playable, but it has a hole in both the lid and base box, so it was bit annoying when I opened the package. THAT BEING SAID: I love this game and can’t wait to play again with friends and family. Might be too dark or macbre for certain ages, however I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for horror table top for 1-5 players. Yes, you can play it all alone! 😁 Well worth the cost (when it isnt damaged prior packaging 🙄) and a lot of fun to play with a group.
