We played the 10th anniversary version of this game at a friends house and had a blast. So I ordered this one, as it was quite a bit cheaper, and it was still fun, however, it is a game that after playing it twice with the same group of people, starts to become a little boring.
I think I like the other version better, but still a game that we will continue to play at get togethers with friends.
The biggest difference is that there are multiple catergories in this one, which at least made it more interesting, however the games went by much quicker in this version, as the end of the game seems to come much sooner.

So glad we have this for our family. We have loved it for years (our friends own it). So much fun.

The print on these cards and on the board was scratched. We used it as we did not have an alternative but the quality was not as good as expected. Quick delivery though.

This game is so much fun, and really shows what your friends think of each other. The game arrived exactly as advertised, lightly worn from use but completely playable with no parts missing.

fun game. we played over xmas break with 4 adults and 3 kids aged 13, 12 and 10. There were a few racy questions that we just skipped or reworded into a more benign version but everyone enjoyed it and there were lots of laughs. would recommend this game. Also played a game called “wits and wagers” which i also highly recommend.

Absolutely LOVE this game. My family and I just played this last night and laughed so much. The game asks you to pick other players in the game to be associated with bizarre scenarios and questions. It is really fun to see what people say and what people think of you. If you love Apples to Apples you will also love this game!

Great game we played with friends – we all loved it. Questions are great for adults, and only a few of the card questions are borderline questionable for teenagers. (I’m the parent of a 16 year old and 10 year old – the older one would have been fine with all the card topics.)

Years ago, we had the Imaginiff game, and it was fantastic fun. The idea was to imagine if (name of a player) hypothetically were or were to do one of six options listed on the card. The players made their selections in secret, and when the votes were revealed, the most popular answer gained a point for each player who chose it. Simple gameplay, and the questions were whimsical and fun. You can still buy that version (it’s the expensive one in the dark blue box), and now I wish I had. Someone decided to add different types of categories, and they might have worked with better writing, but as it is, the questions are either boring or simply un-fun. The worst is the “head-to-head” category, where players vote on which of two players would “win’ in some unpleasant, often aggressive scenario. Even the old-style category has been ruined by the writers not being able to think beyond the players being movies or food. The best thing about the game is the physical parts themselves…the look is fine, the design is fine, it *looks* like it ought to be fun. But sadly…it absolutely does not make the cut in this gamer’s household. Maybe someday I’ll pop for the old version, which was a hoot. This one, I’m probably sending back rather than take it to Goodwill.

This game is great for a group of 6-8. It can be accommodated for more or less, but it works best with that number. We had a lot of fun playing it!
