Also a gift for my daughter and her family. it is a tradition for her family to watch the Lord of the Rings over Christmas and to play Lord of the Rings monopoly. They had lost their Lord of the Rings Monopoly game in a recent move,. so this allowed the tradition to continue.

This game arrived promptly and was in the advertised condition except that the description didn’t mention that there were a few pieces/cards missing that had been replaced with cards from a normal Monopoly set. This was slightly irritating but, looking back, I see the description didn’t specifically claim that all pieces were included. The game is still completely usable, and I’m generally happy with it.

This monopoly version is wonderful. It is tradition in my house to play monopoly on christmas and everytime we end up killing each other. At least with this version we do it for the right reason using the ring that rules them all as price. The ring add on rule allows the game to be shorter too just to warm up before the real marathon. Only defect the Frodo statue had a broken sword but can’t complaint too much as the game was used and I purchased it to use it rather than as a collector item. Also some of the property colors were misplaced compared to the original monopoly which was a bit confusing but apart from that everything looks very nice and in real middle earth theme.

This is an epic Monopoly !!!!!!! I gave this as a gift to my boyfriend since he’s a huge fan of Monopoly and Lord of the Rings and he looooved it. He took this Monopoly to our University the next day and once all of our friends saw it they came running to our table. Everyone was amazed by it. The quality is great, we realy like all of the character tokens and we love using the ring to speed up the game. It was a great purchase.

Awesome game but seller lied about it being 100% complete it came with a knock off plastic ring. When in the manual clearly states it is a gold tone pewter. Not some 50 cent machine plastic toy. Also doesn’t have all the money needed to play. I can barley give 4 players the starting money needed to play.
