Las piezas son grandes y, aunque son de plástico, vienen muy detalladas, el tablero de cartón duro (viene doblado en 4 partes), y trae 2 bolsas de terciopelo donde están guardadas las que no se exponen en la caja.

I emailed customer service at the company on Christmas day, since I gave the chess set to my children as a Christmas gift and didn’t want to forget to deal with it the next day, so I just emailed them on Christmas day. They were right on it the next day and had the piece shipped the next day.
