Unlike many smaller boards, the pegs fit the holes perfectly, and the drawer holding the cards and pegs stayed in place when traveling. It is attractive and a perfect size.

The quality of this was good and looked great but it was the smell from the finish that was over powering. I had to leave it outside for days to off gas before I could wrap as a gift.

Update: after putting the pegs in the start holes one time to take a look at it, the wood broke. So disappointed. I take it back. Not well made and still short 2 pins.
Product is well made, solid wood and the design is beautiful. Felted bottom and the card compartment is perfect. That being said I only got 4 pins not 6. So although I love this item I didn’t get everything.

We love this board. It’s the perfect travel size and has a nice storage area for the cards and pegs. And, it’s really cool looking too. I was surprised the quality was so nice for the price.

I got this for my mom for her birthday before we went on a europe trip. We played a bunch of games on it and loved it. It was especially great since we were moving around and ended up playing on trains, buses, planes, benches, and where ever else we were stationary for a few minutes.
It’s a beautiful design. It doesn’t hold a standard deck of cards which is annoying. I immediately broke the part that holds the pins (on purpose) so that I could put a standard deck in since the deck that comes with it is garbage. I wish they would have thought of this.
I now have plans to take a dremel tool to carve out places for the pins to neatly fit, also I will add something to make sure the cards don’t fall out when it’s closed. Should be pretty simple upgrades.
