Very fun game for those that like some strategy to a 2 hour game. It seems pretty daunting to learn, but the board and all the pieces have pictures for everything. Once you learn what all the pictures mean, it’s very easy.

I really want to give this game 5 stars in spirit and gameplay, however based on the rule book and needing a cheat sheet (which we had to download). It was ridiculous to look back and forth for each building, and the cheat sheet helped tremendously. Even after 4 game play through, we still needed the “cheat sheet”.
The minuses: The “discs” should be names something or represent something. The train stations were a little hard to grasp when it comes to each movement. Wish there was one more tile to buy workers. Whats the difference between a green and black hand never got answered. Could have used more plastic bags.
Highlights: the scoresheet. Super easy with the icons that helped you score. The back of the rule book helped your score fast and efficiently. The gameplay and spirit of this game was fun. Every little thought was well executed.
Overall, I love the deck builder and board game aspect of this game. We have had it two days and played four times. Looking forward to getting the expansion.

It was a little daunting to learn at first, but a single playthrough allowed you to put the majority of the pieces together. This game has been incredibly fun to play, as there are many different ways for you to win. GWT is a classic tale of “fun to play, hard to master.”
