I got this board game over the Christmas holiday so we’d have something to do thats fun after opening presents. Im glad i did, its a great game. Growing up in the 70’s we loved board games. Dont get me wrong, this one is up to date, & will challenge your skills. Somethings just cant cut it in electronics.. long live the board games. P.s. idk if history is right, in some movies this game was seen played in the world war 2 era as well as the Victorian age w/ Marie Antoinette. (Sticking the cards to their heads)💘

I only have this review because I was hoping for more adult cards. This is barely PG13. It’s a wonderful game and not expensive but I wanted more mature or controversial topics. But not everything can be cards against humanity.

I bought this to play on Christmas Eve with my in laws and family, my husband and I had no problem with most of the cards (except the apps, those were HARD) but his parents were limited in the cards they actually had a fair shot at guessing. I truly enjoyed it and we played for hours, but they definitely got frustrated as more cards came up that they could not guess (Fortnight, Influencers, George R. R. Martin, etc.).

At first I was planning to return this game. My boyfriend and I loved the old version so we bought this one. We expected it to be the same but this game has some additional stuff. It was confusing at first but after playing it a couple times we really got the hang of it! Our friends LOVE it and we bring it to every board game night! I would HIGHLY recommend it. Great price and a lot of fun. I’ll be looking to see if I can get additional cards.
