   I received the product described (Star Trek Ascendancy: Andorian Empire Expansion), not the product shown in the images. This was as I both hoped and expected. Some prior reviews (purchases a year+ ago as I write this) indicated the product shown (a D&D module in German) was shipped, rather than the described Star Trek game expansion. In my case, I received the Star Trek game expansion, which is what I wanted. This listing has some incorrect images associated with it, but the description is exactly what I was expecting. Notifying boardgamesweekly.com support has not changed anything on this at all, even after multiple attempts to advise them of the error, and recommend corrections. No action taken. So I’m writing this review in the hopes that it’s helpful to someone (and maybe, just maybe, boardgamesweekly.com will notice and fix the listing? I’m not going to hold my breath though). Product ordered the first week of September of 2021.

   The item I purchased (and what it now shows) is not what this listing purports to be. It used to be, but isn’t now. I got as German language D&D dungeon master board. There are no Andorrans in sight. It was so wrong that it took me more than 30 days to do the return because I had no inkling that one was connected with the other. I mean, who orders an Andorian expansion, gets a German language D&D module and connects the two? Not me, That’s who. Anyway. I asked for some help considering the mistake definitely wasn’t mine and what I got was the standard “you have thirty days…” form letter. I’m definitely in the wrong for taking so long to realize what the heck had happened, but come on! If I’d gotten the ferengi expansion, I’d have realized right away. As it was, I didn’t put two and two together until too late nd now too bad, so sad, but stinks to be me. Beware.

   This is a fun little expansion that plays similar to Romulans and Klingons. If you are looking to add some variety or just wanted to be a blue skinned Andorian, this is the faction for your.

   Oh, I ordered this and got the correct expansion. I have not idea why the picture shows a D&D supplement in another language. This comes correctly if ordered.

   This is an interesting expansion which adds to the game.
   They can trigger an “arms race” as having better shields and weapons gives the cultural.
   Research rules tend to favor them too.
   They are fun to be and hard to play against making this a “must have” addition to the game.
