   I had been waiting for Star Trek Trivial Pursuit to come out but I wasn’t holding my breath. This game is a suitable alternative. It is appropriate for newer and more seasoned Trekkies and Trekkers. You can even play with someone who knows a lot more or a lot less than you do about Star Trek. The game comes in a nice tin with a plastic insert to keep the cards and pieces organized. The questions cover Original Series, Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, and Voyager. The rules are a bit complicated, especially the first time, but you can easily make up several variations. Each question is in a multiple choice format, but you can also play without the choices if you’re up for a challenge. The only problem with the cards is that you can’t read the multiple choices and guess yourself because the correct answer is in bold. This game is a wonderful and fun trivia game that will provide countless hours of fun.

   Each card has several multiple choice questions from 1 of the 4 different star trek series. The game has so many twists and turns because anything can happen if you land on borg space or phasers fired or a q continuum on the board. This makes it much more interesting than a regular trivia game. Much glory to my wife for winning the first round which took 2.5 hours and was a whole lot of fun.

   I was very pleased with this product. You don’t have to be a Star Trek wizard to answer all the questions of this game. The answers are all multiple choice, so even if you know literally NOTHING about Star Trek, you still have a chance to get the answer right.

   Great, simple, yet intriguing design makes gameplay easy enough to win, but also easy for competition to overtake the players.
