   This is a super cute board game for up to four players. The rules are not complicated but the story is super cute. You play stuffed animals protecting your little girl as she transitions from her crib into her big girl bed. Quality of the miniatures is exceptional and the book that holds this story is very well bound overall great game.

   the game is actually fun to play, it has a littlr bit more dialogue and story than I would reccomend, but still pretty fun to play. game rules are somehow obvious if you habe previously played some rpg dungeon game before, rule book could have a revamp or some description; instead there are QR codes for some rules whixh lead to explanation videos whixh is pretty helpful actually.
   get it for christmas with your kids.

   It took a while to get through the instructions, but after that my kids and I had a good time playing through the first story. I think this would have been hard for my kids to learn on their own, so I suggest having an adult to help with the rules. The game plays like a dungeon crawl and a choose your own adventure book. I like the writing which is kid friendly but a little dark. My kids love the figurines, which they plan to paint. I had a little trouble at first figuring out how the game wanted us to play, and there can be a lot of rules, so sometimes we miss minor things. After you get used to it, there are lots of fun things for the kids to do like drawing cards, rolling dice, and making decisions. It took us a couple hours to get through the first story and there are 7 stories total that seem to get a more complex as you go. Each story is made up of several pages and each page plays a little differently. I’m looking forward to playing this again with my kids.

   The play time to finish a story is a bit much for my kids (5 and 7) but we can take breaks when we reset for different story transitions. It’s pretty cool and I love that it rotates the story teller so everybody gets to practice reading. Stories so far (we’ve only completed 2) are relatable and engaging. As we’re playing, we want to know what will happen next. It can be a bit complicated, but the story book does an excellent job guiding you through your first game and teaching game mechanics, complete with rule book page references and videos explaining the topic that are easily pulled up with a qr code right there in the story book. I wish all games were so well thought out!

   Finally, got my hand on this, the kid inside me is happy. It was shipped fast and delivered 1 week earlier. Kudos! I just got one concern on the packaging, it’s just in a box and the main game box is not bubblewrapped, the outer packaging came was a bit worn out and I was worried that the main game box might have some damage. Thankfully it’s not, but still, they could have secure it a little more.

    Update: We’re still playing this game. Now with all the family ages 4, 12, 15, 44 & 45. Expansions are out but we’re still enjoying the base game just as much. We’ve all gotten into painting our miniatures together too, which adds an entirely new fun activity the family can enjoy together. A definite MUST HAVE for collectors and hobbyists alike. Our family loves playing this game! Ages 9, 12, 41 & 42. The story line is creative and the adventures are challenging, but not impossible – even without a full team of highly critical thinkers (younger players). We even had a family night to paint our miniatures before our next game night. Looking forward to future expansion packs and we seriously hope they create a way to include more characters as currently there are no options to adjust the game difficulty for more than 4 players at a time.
