   Disclaimer: I am not sure what I am going to say will spoil the game or not, so read at your own discretion. I will admit that this game has an interesting theme and mechanic. Going back in time, inhabiting a body and then using that person to prevent certain things from happening is pretty cool. The time unit thing is also new to me in board gaming. You might be given a choice to do something that costs more time units than another action, but will it be worth it? It’s definitely part of the mystery of the game and I can see how future modules could be very challenging. Also, there are puzzles and they arent easy but arent hard either which I found cool at first, then annoying later. Time for my critiques.The game has several stark flaws to me. 1- the result of your success is not clearly stated until the end of the run or game.Specifically, you arent told until you fail the 3rd run that your progress will affect other future games as well. Thats a bad thing because in the 3rd run it appears you have unlimited time. Thats not true and you dont find that out until you complete the game. If told before, that would completely change the run and force you to have a more conservative mindset. 2- During gameplay, you arent supposed to read the card aloud, but instead give a summary or description of the card, but on the 3rd run players are basically just reading and showing the cards because it appears there is unlimited time, so everyone would be able to see it or read it anyway. 3- The story is cool to start – almost lovecraftian, but as the game progresses the stories theme fades away and your just trying to feel your way to a rather anti-climactic ending. The game does have a lot of dead ends and red herrings which is OK, but as I stated before if you dont know the potential consequences of your actions before, those misdirections dont mean anything. All in All, would I play this game with a different module? Probably. Would I recommend this game? Not to everyone. If you are familiar with the legacy line of games or some of the other dark coops like the Arkham Horror series and like them, then I would.

   This is an absolutely amazing game, components are great, the art work is great, and most importantly the story telling is amazing. From the beginning to end this game immerses you into the story. I have heard that people want to know about replay value, I think its definitely worth playing again, theres so much going on, that you wont remember everything you did if you play it weeks or months apart. Im not going to say anything at all about the case other then WOW!!! The insert is set up in such a way that theres a save system, if a game goes a little to long, you can save your game and put everything away, then come back later and know exactly where your at, its really efficient and hopefully more games will do this as well. If your a Quantum Geeker like me, this game is for you, if you loved choose your own adventure books as a kid this game is for you. I honestly couldn’t recommend this game more, its at the top of my best games list as if now. Now I just have to wait until my expansion order comes in to feed this itch this game will give you.

   It took us a bit to get into the swing of the game, yet by the end we figured out how important it was to keep notes and get as much done each run as you can. The game is really well thought out, each character feels unique, the mystery has a satisfying resolution, and leaves you excited to try some of the other expansions that game has to offer.

   Fantastic board game for 4 people

   Feels like it plays best with 4 people. Will need around 4 hours to beat, game let’s you pack up and “save” your progress at any point.

   The game has great mechanics, plot/story, artwork and the rules aren’t that hard to follow. As you progress through the game you explore the current mission, expanding the understanding of what’s happening in the story. One of the downsides is that there is only one story in the base game, but do to the nature of the game you have to do multiple runs to beat it. Also write notes of the game as you play just to keep extra pieces of info and some plot information down on.
