- PUZZLY ROUTE-BULDING: Construct scenic loops of hiking, biking, and kayaking trails that start and end at their matching camps. Enjoy the freedom of arranging and even overlapping cards in whatever way best suits your objectives. Push-your-luck to build longer loops that will score you more points, but be careful — only closed loops will score points when the game ends!
- QUICK SIMULTANEOUS PLAY: You’ll never be waiting around for your next turn because everyone plays simultaneously! Look at your hand of cards, select two trail cards to add to your personal area, and build out your trails — then pass your hand of remaining cards to your neighbor and do it again. Regardless of player count, the game lasts for a zippy 30 minutes of puzzly fun. Players also compete to achieve goal cards for bonus points, with the best achievers scoring more.
- LOADS OF GAMEPLAY CONTENT: Includes up to 2 thrilling expansions and up to 3 addicting solo modes with enough challenges to explore for dozens upon dozens of plays. The Animal Expansion adds another layer of strategy to the standard trail blazing. The Adventurer Expansion introduces an entirely unique mode where players race to stay ahead of traveling hikers, bikers, and kayakers.
- Standard Solo Mode offers 51 unique bite-sized challenges that gradually ramp up in difficulty. Adventurer Solo Mode features 20 wild achievements that stretch your route planning abilities. Epic Solo Mode boasts a 30-90 minute 3-stage trial where you’ll build a huge network across your entire table. The biggest selling point was that description states, and I quote “Durable, waterproof PVC cards.”. The cards are not PVC. These cards are thinner than normal paper (I could be wrong on material, but they are thinner than normal cards and definitely not plastic). I was excited to have a durable set for on the go that I didn’t have to worry about outdoors, or anywhere. A set that was wipeable, and could take a bit of a beating.
This isn’t it unfortunately. I even went as far as to separately buy the travel case from their website directly to future proof the game. Buyer beware. Yes it’s a fantastic game, but if you want PVC cards, you’ll have to shell out $80 for that feature. Avoid the Pocket Edition if you want a deck with PVC cards.

This edition can accommodate up to eight players, so it’s great for large groups. I’ve taught it to lots of different groups and it’s pretty easy for people to pick up. Just note that there are lot of different versions of this game available, so make sure that you find the right one for you.

The game is fun. The box the game stores in though is poorly designed. The tray that the cards sit in is not deep enough, so the cards sit over the top and spill out, and the flap in the back stops the cards from being pushed in fully.

Tiny box, 75 x 75 x 35mm, cards are 35 x 70, quality is about standard for a deck of cards, I feel a little disappointed that I paid over £30 for the game, maybe at this price it should have been the travel edition, hence only giving it 3 stars.
