   This is an incredibly simple game that can be learned by anyone in a couple minutes. A single game (ignore the game tracker) plays very quickly and has great replay value. This is a perfect into into board gaming as a hobby. This or Ticket to Ride are how to get new players in.

   Depuis le temps que je recherchais ce jeu pour compléter ma ludothèque.
   Il s agit de la version américaine ( le jeu n est quasiment plus trouvable en version originale français)
   Mais l intégrité du jeu reste parfaitement jouable : toutes les carte ne comporte que des nom de ville , idem sur le plateau, seul les règles sont en anglais, et l on trouve la version en français très facilement sur le net. ( Que j ai imprimé et mis dans la boîte)
   Maintenant ma boîte de jeu est donc facilement appréhendable par des personnes ne comprenant pas l anglais.
   Les différents éléments sont en bois avec de bonne finition.
   Les parties sont amusantes, le jeu reste proche du concept du jeu ” les aventuriers du rails” mais avec un système de jeu tout de même un peu différent, ça change.

   This game is so fun! I also have the Ticket to Ride game, which I love. This game isn’t quite as complicated and can be played a bit quicker. We take it to game days with friends and it’s a popular choice

   We love Ticket to Ride but it takes a couple of hours. Trans America is a similar game but much simpler and can be completed in a shorter time, or you can choose to play more rounds. Trying to connect your trains to your secret cities is fun and in this game you can build on others railroads. We played it with adults but think our grand kids (9 and 11) could master it.

   This is an excellent entry-level board game that all the family can play straight out of the box with no messing about. The rules can be explained in less than a minute and set up takes about the same. I have played this with four non-boardgamers and everyone wanted to play again. Works well with 5 or 6 players – which not many games do.

    This is not a deep strategy game. But I play it with my grandkids, and they love it. My grandson played it when he was 5 and couldn’t read yet, but he could match the colors, and the first couple letters of each city. (We had to watch out for SAcramento and SAn Francisco.) I have a ton of games, and every one doesn’t have to last 3 hours.

    If you’re just starting out with board games, I’d recommend Camel Up, Union Pacific, Settlers of Cataan, and Lost Cities. And RA and Pickominos, and Atlantic Star and Splendor….and Bananagrams is fast and fun if you’re a Scrabble and/or Boggle fan.

    Would give a 0 star if I could. Received this just as I was leaving for the weekend. I was excited! Put the game which was in a plastic wrap in the vehicle and later arrived at my hotel to open and find a basically empty box. I have some sort of flyer for board game talk and the card board trash from the game. No pieces. No board.

    This is a simple, but addicting game that your gaming group and non-gamers can play together. Games are short so multiple rounds are possible (even demanded). There is a lot of strategy of when you connect to other players railway lines.
    This one is great as a warm up or cool down to playing more complex strategy games.
