   Upwords is an offshoot of Scrabble but in my opinion it is much more enjoyable! You have much more to think about when placing your words and despite that it seems to be more fast paced. I played for years and was thrilled to find it on boardgamesweekly.com.com but despite me ordering it I never received it. A big disappointment because I love this game!

   Upwords is a great challenging word game similar to Scrabble. This used one looked new but did not come with the game rules. I went online to find and print them.

   Was happy to see this was the exact same game I was replacing. We’ve played so much we wore the letters off the tiles. 5-7 games/day for about 20 years!

   The original had a brown stacking board. Every time I go to pick a tile the holder falls over because it’s so light and thin. I had the original and see it now being sold for $75.00 so I’ll keep this one and I would still recommend it. We’ll never get the quality in things that we used to. 😢

   The concept is simple, and it’s as challenging as you want it to be.
   My only criticism is that it’s way overpriced. C’mon guys…$60 for a damn board game?
