We discovered this variation of monopoly at a camp site in Montana.
We enjoyed it so much that we ordered one as soon as we got home.
If you love national parks and monopoly, then this is a home run

We have a new love of national parks. This was a great addition to our set of all family games. Even our 7 year old plays. Has two versions, one designed for faster play which works well with the younger kids.

I got this for my husband since he loves hiking and camping and road trips. We do date nights at home, and so the first time we played this, I laid out a buffalo plaid blanket, with bowls of snacks and had a real campfire on Youtube (LOL!) going, with all the nature sounds and even a brook in the background! 😉 And we played this…for 3.5 hours until one roll ruined my Monopoly life…so there’s a date night idea for yah. Instead of the railroads, it has outdoor activities (hiking, climbing, etc…) Instead of the community chest and chance it has Battlefield Parks and Historical Sites. It’s super cool! I definitely recommend! 🙂 (Still has jail….)

Das Produkt ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und es macht einfach Spass dies zu spielen. Auch wenn man Parks ja in Echt nicht kaufen kann, hat dieses Spiel seinen typischen Monopoly-Reiz! Schön!

This is the second Monopoly National Parks board game I have purchased. We sent them to two of our families with grandkids. When we visited last years we played the game with family and had a great time. Its so informative with the info about each park on the back of the cards. We just sent the same game to our other grandkids to play while covid-19 stay at home orders in effect. Nice game for the whole family.

I recently purchased this special edition Nation Parks Monopoly game and I already love it! The game pieces are seriously super cute and heavy weight, so they are not flying off the board with the slightest touch. It’s a lot of fun to play and being able to relate to the parks that we have visited. It’s a great addition to our game nights.

After traveling as a family to many of the National Parks (and seeing it in many of their gift shops), my wife and daughters gave it to me as a birthday gift. I’m very happy with it and the family seemed to appreciate playing Monopoly more due to its theme (which I think was well done).
Now let me clarify the headline ” It’s still Monopoly* “. So if you aren’t a fan… the theme might improve your experience temporarily. The property values are the modern day standard – which is mostly traditional, but with the 2008(?) updates: i.e. Luxury Tax is now $100, Income tax is a flat $200 (no 10% option), etc..
However, the Speed Die that became a permanent edition to the standard game around that time is not included (maybe they thought that seemed to go against its theme.) A slight disappointment, but it’s closer to 5 stars than 4… so I’m sticking with the 5.
