Somewhat expensive but super fun! Play this at parties and with couples dinners, it’s a great trivia game with a fun gambling element to it. Lots of trivia questions and you can come up with side bet/follow up questions which is fun too! Easy to learn, can be short or long. Great game!

We had the previous version of Wits & Wagers and were excited to see an updated version come out. This game is inclusive – although 1 part of the game requires specific knowledge to answer the questions, the wagering/betting phase means you can win just by being a shrewd guesser. You can also use this as a tool in an educational setting – just make your own number-based questions and use the game pieces to play. Great for students.

Played this game for the first time with husband and son. It is a little challenging because some of the answers are not hard and fast and it is based on information from 2012. For example, one question asked how much more money Judge Judy made than all nine supreme court justices together. Each round is won by placing your bets on the closest answer without going over and there are 7 rounds. Not all questions are about money. It was fun and a little surprising because sometimes – as with all gambles, you’re just lucky. We did think it would be more fun with more people but enjoyed it even amongst our trio.
