Lazarus is the Company Master (Captain) of the Dark Angels’ 5th Company.
His model goes together nicely, however, a bit of criticism can be leveled at how… whelming… the mini is.
While they did release later, and Lazarus is a fairly older mini, Azrael, Belial, and Asmodai have much more dynamic and imposing minis.
This is in part due to this mini being dual use. See, you can build Master Lazarus, with his power sword and (awesome) winged helmet, OR, you can build a generic Dark Angels Company Master (hence the bolter, generic helmet, and power fist).
Additionally, if you have spare bits laying around, you could even use those, and make an entirely unique mini.
