This game is quick to learn. But challenging enough to appeal to a variety of players. The poker chips are fun to throw, although they don’t always land where you want. But it’s fun trying to aim them at others on the board, and knocking them out. After mastering the original rules, our family invented some of our own. The game will definitely be played repeatedly at our home.

This is such a fun little game! The set up is easy, just unfold it – it is kind of big, but it fit our little table just fine. You need space around the board too so be aware of that!
I’m not a big board game person, but I genuinely enjoy this one. After set up you throw coins (provided) and get to collect your ingredients and make recipes! It can get SO silly and competitive, it’s hilarious. Fast paced, simple but not too chaotic, my kind of game.
Only four starts because our game didn’t come with the little soy sauce bottle. It’s not 100% necessary, just dictates who the “head chef” is, but it is still a missing piece for us. Everything else, the board, the pieces and instructions are very well made and absolutely adorable and worth buying!

This game is a family favorite! It has some strategy and dexterity which makes it so much fun. There’s the added element of the chili powder card that makes it a game even younger players would like, and it can be removed to add more difficulty. We like that the games don’t take too long so we can play multiple times in a night. This unique game is definitely a must add to your board game collection!
