   I bought this board to go with my new House of Staunton Zagreb chess pieces, and I’m thrilled! It’s beautiful! Also, I must say I was highly impressed with the packaging it came in! It was like Fort Knox! Multiple layers of tightly wrapped plastic and bubble wrap with hard plastic corner protectors… There was no way this thing was getting damaged! Great job! I love it!

   The board meets the size requirement I need. With that said, here’s what is ho hum about this board quality. No bumpers on the back like others. of course, I would have preferred felt completely on the entire back but that would be unrealistic at this price point. Small circle of thin half inch circle felt on each corner only. The board for it’s size is very thin (less than half an inch). The board is very light for it’s size. The numbering could be more defined. It will serve the purpose. Others I have purchased around this price point or slightly higher have been better boards. 3 stars was a stretch and 2 was a little harsh. I would say 2.5 stars. I won’t be purchasing another from this company. There are better options.
